Delete your account
This permanently deletes your MTB Mate account and all associated data — the same deletion the app performs from Settings. Use this page if you no longer have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Rider profiles (weight, height, birth date, heart-rate data)
- Bikes, setups, snapshots and ride logs
- Purchase records and your premium entitlement
- AI-advisor usage records
- Profile photos and uploaded files
Deletion is permanent. Your data cannot be recovered afterwards.
An active Premium subscription is billed by Google Play and is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in Google Play. Manage Play subscriptions
